first of all I just want to say Hi to all of you! I'm from sandiego cali. and I own a 1996 geo metro which I love! and I'm thinking in making it fast! 50+ Hp is enough for me, so I decided to make my car a fast street legal car! and since you all semm to know alot about cars I was hoping to get some advice from you on how to make this car fast! well I only have about 2K that I saved over this year! can that money get me in the high 13 second times? or how much I need to invest! oh! I'm not in eather sides of this forums because for alot of import tuners I'm only a joke and the same or even worst go for the domestic muscle...
